Below we have provided the SKUAST Jammu 2024 Application Process for the applicants to go through the information before applying.

• The SKUAST Jammu 2024 Application Form will be released on the official website that is the skuast.org
• One needs to go through the information brochure and other details and check the eligibility criteria before filling the SKUAST Jammu 2024 Application Form
• The applicants must download the SKUAST Jammu 2024 Application Form from the official website.

• Nationality: Indian national are eligible to apply for the admission process.

B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture, B. V. Sc., and AH course

• Educational qualifications: One must have completed Intermediate Graduation course from a recognized university.
• Minimum Marks – General Category: One should score more than 50 % in qualifying exams.
• Minimum Marks – Reserved Category: One should score more than 40 % in qualifying exams.
• Mandatory subjects: The applicants must have Physics, chemistry and Biology (PCB) along with English as mandatory subjects in the qualifying exam.

B.Sc. (Hons.) Biotechnology course

• Educational qualifications: One must have completed Intermediate Graduation course from a recognized university.
• Minimum Marks: One should score not less than 60 % marks in the qualifying exams.
• Mandatory subjects: The applicants must have Physics, chemistry and Biology (PCB) along with English as mandatory subjects in the qualifying exam.

M.Sc. Agriculture and Allied Sciences and M. V. Sc. course

• Educational qualifications: One must have completed Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subject from a recognized university.
• Minimum Marks – General Category: One should score more than 60 % in qualifying exams.
• Minimum Marks – Reserved Category: One should score not less than 50 % marks in the qualifying exams.

MBA Agriculture – Business course

• Educational qualifications: One must have completed Graduation in relevant field from a recognized university.
• Minimum Marks: One should score not less than 50 % in qualifying exams.

Ph.D. (Agriculture / Vety.) course

• Educational qualifications: One must have completed their Master’s degree in relevant field from a recognized university.

Diploma in Basic Agriculture / Horticulture Training course

• Educational qualifications: One must have completed their Intermediate Graduation course from a recognized university.
• Stream: The applicants must have appeared the exam through Science

SKUAST Jammu 2024 Entrance Exam Pattern

In this section we have provided the information about the SKUAST Jammu 2024 Entrance Exam Pattern for the reference of the applicants.

Common Criteria:

• Mode of exam: The exam will be conducted through Offline mode.
• Medium of exam: The exam will be held in English language.
• Type of questions: Objective type questions will be asked in the exam.
• Marking scheme: Each question carried one marks.

For Under Graduate (UG) courses

• Duration of the exam: The applicant will get 135 minutes for Stream 1 and 2 and 180 minutes for Stream 3 to solve the exam
• Number of Question: For stream 1 and 2, 135 questions will be asked and for Stream 3, 180 questions will be asked.
• No of sitting: One sittings are allowed.

For Post Graduate (PG) courses

• Duration of the exam: The applicant will get two hours (120 minutes) to solve the exam
• Number of Question: 120 questions will be asked in the entrance exam.
• No of sitting: Eleven sittings are allowed.

Note: The above entrance exam will be conducted for only those applicants who hold a domicile of Jammu and Kashmir / Ladakh. However, the applicants from other state need not appear for any entrance exam, they will be selected based on the past qualifying exam.

SKUAST Jammu 2024 Admit Card

SKUAST Jammu Admission 2024 Admit Card will be Released for UG & PG Courses.
