Sarguja University 2024 Application Form

Sarguja University 2024 (Phase I) Application Form will be Released soon for Various Courses. Candidates willing to get admission to the academic program offered through Sarguja University will be able to obtain an application form from the booklet of Program and Prospectus. Candidate can download the application form released on the university website or obtain it personally from the college admission office.

Candidates must submit the completed applications together with the demand draft (DD) in the office of the concerned Department/ College. DD of Rs. 350 must be pulled for the benefit of “REGISTRAR, SARGUJA UNIVERSITY, AMBIKAPUR” and accounts payable at Ambikapur. Action in the case of the purchased application form, a receipt of Rs. 350 obtained from the University contrary to the application/admission form fee must be submitted.

The applications should be submitted in conjunction with the following documents:

• Domicile Certificate & other weightage claim certificate.
• Caste Certificate, wherever applicable.
• Certificate showing date of birth.
• Mark sheet/Certificate of all classes from 10th to the qualifying examination.

Sarguja University 2024 Eligibility Criteria

At the postgraduate level, Sarguja university provides a Master of Arts (M.A) in Hindi and Master of Science (M.Sc) in accordance with a variety of specializations including Biotechnology and Farm Forestry.

Every Single One of the specializations under two years MA and M.Sc program comprises four semesters. For admission to MA, candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi as one at the heart papers or foundation paper with minimum second category from a recognized university. In the case of M.Sc, candidates seeking admission must hold down the Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline.

• The selection of candidates to the MA program is conducted on the basis of merit i.e. in accordance with their marks obtained in the Bachelor’s level examination.
• For access to the M.Sc program, students should appear for an entrance examination, carried out by the university.
• Candidates are selected for the LL.M course on the grounds of marks scored in the entrance test conducted by the university.

In addition to MA and M.Sc, the university is also offering a two-year LL.M course to the aspiring candidates. A candidate who is looking for admission to LL.M must have scored a minimum of 55% marks in LL.B. Three Year/ LL.B. Five Year Integrated Program. There is no upper or minimum age for admission to the course.

Along with PG courses, the university is also providing a Diploma program in Pharmacy of two years’ duration. Interested applicants should have passed 10+2 level or equivalent degree from an approved academic institute and are required to purge CG-Pre Pharmacy Test (CG-PPHT) held by the provincial government

Sarguja university follows the below when you consider the reservation criteria:

• 2% seats for Scheduled Castes,
• 32% seats for Scheduled Tribes,
• 14% seats for Other Backward Classes
• 3% of seats for the disabled are reserved (Except Physical Education).
• 3% seats to the dependents of the liberty fighters are reserved as per the rules of the Chhattisgarh State.

Note: Under all the above categories, 30% of seats are reserved for women applicants.

Sarguja University 2024 Result

Sarguja University conducts examination based upon the even-odd semester, annual and CBCS a framework for the pattern. The examinations are being carried out on time and the results are declared on the official website of the page.

Students who are dissatisfied with their result in the semester examinations have the option to request revaluation/ retotaling. Students must submit their forms under the framework stipulated following the declaration of results.

Sarguja University 2024 Admissions Process:

For admission to MA, the candidate should have gone through the BA with Hindi as a core subject. Candidates are nominated for MA based on their marks obtained in the qualifying degree examination.

In the case of M.Sc, the candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in the applicable field. Candidate must have scored a minimal 55% marks in LL.B./ A Built-in LL.B. for admission to LL.M.

For admission in LLM and M.Sc. programs, applicants need to appear for an entrance test held by the university. Candidates seeking admission to Diploma in Pharmacy must have passed 10+2 from a nationally recognized board.
