PIET 2024 Application Form has been released for various UG & PG courses. PIET is known as the Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology which provides admission in the field of Engineering, Information Technology, Management, Pharmacy etc. PIET University is situated in New Delhi-NCR.

The admission is provided to the candidates through university level exam known as the PKAT (PIET Knowledge Aptitude Test) and other national level/ state level entrance exam. The admission for B. PIET 2024 Application Form

Below we have provided the details regarding the PIET 2024 Application form with some instructions:

• The application form for PIET Admission 2024 will be released through online mode.
• Candidate must go through the eligibility criteria before filling the application form.
• PIET Admission 2024 application form will be released in the month of April 2024.
• Fill the application form with details like i.e. address, educational, personal details etc.
• Upload the scanned images of the photograph and signature with the given specifications.
• All the details in application form should be correct as there no correction facility will be provided later.
• Download the application form and take the copy of the application form for further usage.

• Application fee will be paid through the concerned applying courses.
• It will be paid through online as well offline mode.
• Candidates can make online payment through HDFC fee portal.
• Offline fee will be submitted through DD in favour of ‘Panipat Institute of Engineering & Technology’ payable at Panipat/ Samalkha.

PIET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Below we have provided the eligibility criteria for PIET Admission 2024 for the candidates to check before applying the form:

For B.Tech courses:

• Qualification: Candidate must pass 12th level or equivalent exam from any recognized board.
• Subject: Candidate must pass have Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subject with one of the Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Information practice subject.
• Marks: In qualifying marks candidate must obtain at least 45% marks (40% marks for reserved category candidates).

For BBA course:

• Qualification: Candidate must pass 12th class or equivalent from CBSE or any other State Education Board.
• Marks: Candidates must secure minimum 50% aggregate marks to be eligible.
• Subject: Candidate must have English as mandatory subject in the qualifying examination.

For MBA course:

• Qualification: Applying candidate must have bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any recognized university.
• Marks: In qualifying exam candidate must score 50% marks (47.50% marks for SC/ ST category candidate).
• Score card: Candidate must have valid score of CMAT/ MAT.

PIET 2024 Admission Procedure

PIET 2024 Admission Procedure will be done based on the National level entrance exam/ State level entrance exam or merit basis. For Engineering courses admission will be done based on the inter-se-merit of JEE Main. For MBA courses admission will be done based on the CMAT/ MAT scores.

As per the reservation policy the Govt of Haryana, 75% of sanctioned intake will be done by HSTES through counselling process. 25% of seats will be alloted by the management quota. The remaining seats will be filled by institute level counselling process.

PIET 2024 Entrance Exam (PKAT)

PIET 2024 organizes the university level entrance exam known as the PKAT (PIET Knowledge Aptitude Test). The exam will be held through online mode for candidates willing to get admission in UG and PG courses at institute.

There will be some exceptions for candidates who will secure rank below 150000 in JEE scored or above 1200 SAT exam. For MBA candidates exceptions will be 60% or above in CAT, 80% or above in MAT or score of 550 or above in GMAT.

PIET 2024 Result/ Merit List

The merit list for the PIET Admission 2024 will be released through online mode on the website. The process of admission will be prepared on the basis of candidates qualifying examination marks. The merit list will be released by the month of June/ July 2024.

The candidates will be able to check their names and ranks in the merit list. Further process of counselling and admission of the candidates will be done as per their names in the merit list. The final result will be released after the interview rounds.

PIET 2024 Counselling

The PIET 2024 Counselling session will be held by the month of July/ August 2024. Admission to B.Tech/ BE will be done through three online off campus counselling. After the selection of candidates in various courses counselling session will be started based on scores obtained in entrance test or merit list.

The first and second counselling will be done based on the inter-se-merit of JEE Main. The admission will be provided through institute level manual counselling & based on merit of qualifying exam for MBA course. The final cut-off of admission will be based on the reservation policy of the state.
