• KBN University Admission 2023 Application Form have been Released on 20th January 2023 for Various Courses.
• The application has been released only through online mode.
• Applicants are required to upload the scanned images of passport size colored photograph and full signature.
• Also At the time of application submission, students will get a login ID, password, and application number by means of email or SMS.
• Do not send the hard copy of the application to the university.

KBN University 2023 Eligibility Criteria

University grants the numerous courses under multiple disciplines. All these courses have diverse eligibility criteria and selection procedures. The criteria and admission process is declared below.

Applicants should have accomplished the minimum age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete that age on or before 31st December of the year of his/her admission to the 1st year MBBS/ BDS Course.

In order to get admission for the Engineering course at Khaja Bandanawaz University, the students must take part in the common entrance test conducted by means of the KBNU. Candidates who have passed II PUC / XII std or equivalent exam with English as one of the languages and obtain a minimum of 45% of marks in aggregate in Physics & Mathematics along with Chemistry / Bio Technology / Computer Science / Biology / Electronics (40% for SC/ST category 1 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B categories). No minimum marks are given in Common Entrance Test.

The merit and rank will be resolute only on account of the marks gotten in Common Entrance Test directed by KBNU. If any contender who has not obtained the essentialleast marks in qualifying exam will not be eligible for the Common Entrance Test and correspondinglyentrance to B.E. course. (Individuals who have appeared and are waiting for the results of IInd PUC / XII Std. may also apply with the suggestion “Results are Awaited” in the Application form).

All eligible candidates together with general merit candidates and devout minority candidates are suitable to take part in the test and also to choose seat in the University Engineering college, on the basis of the merit list prepared and published by KBNU.

The merit list will be equipped on the basis of marks found in UG ENGINEERING CET 2023 (Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics).

The religious minority entrants should circle minority certificate as reflected in the brochure duly signed by the Headmaster of the high school where the candidate has studied SSLC or 10th Standard.

KBN University 2023 Result

Students can check the result through the website. The result take in entrance exam marks, provisional and final weightage. Applicants are required to enter their roll number, mobile number and date of birth to look at the result. Particular candidates are able to participate in the counselling session.

All result process will be done only in online mode. The final result of the exam will be shown on the University’s website on 1st week of June 2023.

No result would be send at the examination centre. Request intended for re-totaling or reassessment of OMR sheets will not be entertained. A Merit/Rank is generated based on the Applicants scores in the KBNU Engineering Entrance Test only.

Applicants are able to download the scorecard using their login credentials. Students are required to bring the downloaded scorecard together with one ID proof at the exam centre. Applicants should show their original ID proof on the examination day.
