Applications for the Young Science Talent Competition 2024 will begin soon. JSTSE stands for Junior Science Talent Search Examination and this exam is conducted by the Science Branch of Directorate General of Education based in New Delhi. The JSTS (Young Science Talent Search) is scheduled in January, is generally open to all interested applicants, and takes place only once a year.
Candidates who are studying in grade 9 will only be able to apply for the JSTS (Young Science Talent Search) exam in 2024. Candidates will also be able to get a scholarship from the Directorate of Education, GNCT Delhi.

JSTS (Junior Science Talent Search) 2024 Application Process
- The application form for JSTS (Young Scientific Talent Search) 2024 will be available only on the official website for applicants.
- Candidates must have a completed and signed Application – Cum – Admission Card and Performance “A”.
- Candidates will be required to submit one copy of the Application – Cum – Admission Card as well as two copies of Performance “A” to the Director of the DEO (Science Branch).
- Candidates will receive the application form and admission card from the school and certified by the school principal.
- Scores will be generated only by Direction des Sciences and not by the school.
- The application form for JSTS (Junior Science Talent Search) 2024 must be accompanied by a self-certified caste certificate.
- Application form for JSTS (Junior Science Talent Search) 2024 must be submitted via online mode only.

- Percentage: Candidates must score a minimum of 65% on the final exam at Level 8.
