SVIMS is known as the Sri Venkateswara Institute Of Medical Sciences was founded in 1993 under Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam. It was established to provide service, training, and teaching in advanced medical sciences and technology, growing as a premier institute in academic, research, and healthcare services. SVIMS has been acknowledged by the Medical Council of India since 2003 for the various graduate and postgraduate degree-level courses. In 2006, the Government of India included SVIMS to be refurbished to be at the same level as AIIMS, New Delhi in accordance with the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY) scheme.
Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS) has a medical Institute under the State Legislature Act and a speciality hospital in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. SVIMS Tirupati provides MBBS, B.Sc (Nursing), B.Sc (Medical), BPT, and the Diploma program at the UG level. The PG level provides MD, M.Sc (Nursing), M.Sc (Medical), MPT, and PG diploma courses in various specializations. SVIMS Admission 2024 Application Form has been Released on 1st April 2024 for UG & PG Courses through AP PGCET 2024. The application and prospectus will be available for download from the official website. Candidates can only be submitted with necessary documents along with DD for INR 1500 (INR 1000 about the reserved categories) drawn to the benefit of the “Director, SVIMS, Tirupati.

SVIMS Admission 2024 Eligibility Criteria:
Below we have provided the SVIMS Admission 2024 Eligibility Criteria for the candidates to check before applying:

| MBBS | Applying candidate should have completed the 10+2 or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto with optional subjects of botany, zoology, physics, chemistry & English securing minimum 50% marks in it. Applying candidates should have appeared in NEET 2018. Student Satisfying the residential status in A.P / Telangana state. |
| MBBS NRI/ NRI Sponsored Category | The NRI parent / NRI sponsor shall fulfill the criteria as mentioned in the prospectus. Applying the Candidate should fulfill the above criteria of MBBS. |
| P.G.Medical (MD) | Applying Candidate should possess an MBBS degree from a medical college recognized by MCI and complete the internship. The candidate should have appeared in the NEET PG exam. The student satisfies the residential status of A.P / Telangana state. |
| DM/MCh courses | Completed MD/MS/DNB from a Medical College/ Institution recognized by MCI. Merit in the NEET – SS exam |

SVIMS Admission 2024 Admit Card:
SVIMS Admission 2024 Admit Card has been Released on 1st June 2024 for UG & PG Courses through AP PGCET 2024. SVIMS Admit Card is important for participating in the Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences test.
No candidate would be permitted into the exam centre without the admit card. Candidates must bring the relevant documents, such as Id proof, Certificate, etc., together with their SVIMS Admit Card
SVIMS Admission 2024 Result:
SVIMS conducts MD online entrance examinations for admission to various courses. The SVIMS Result & Merit List will be available on the official website. Candidates who will pass the SVIMS Exam will be applicable in the next round, which are documented verification round.
SVIMS Admission 2024 Admissions Process
Counselling schedule will be announced in the SVIMS official website. No communication will be done with the candidates individually.
The qualified applicants have to report concerning the counselling round in person with their Rank card, application, and the other required original documents. No proxy is permitted under any circumstances in the counselling centre.
