NLU Jodhpur Admission 2024 Admission has been done on the basis of CLAT 2024. NLU, Jodhpur will provide the BBA + LLB (Hons.) and BA + LLB (Hons.) accordance with its five-year integrated UG programs, MBA in Insurance Risk Management and Insurance together with one-year L.L.M. degree in two flows such as Corporate Law and IPR under its PG program. Additionally, the university is also providing a Ph.D., LL.D./ D.Sc./ D.Litt. courses as well.

NLU Jodhpur 2024 Application Form

NLU Jodhpur Admission 2024 CLAT Application Form has been Released on 8th August 2024. The National Law University, Jodhpur will start the offline application process. The candidates willing to get admission in various courses at the university (except MBA) must register themselves online at the CLAT website.

Apply for admission in the university, the candidate should follow the below-given steps:

NLU Jodhpur 2024 Selection Process

The application process held by the university through offline mode. The choice of the candidates in BBA+LLB (Hons.) and BA+LLB (Hons.) program is strictly on the basis of CLAT and fulfilling the eligibility criteria of passing 10+2.

The selection of the candidates in MBA draws on merit in the last qualifying exam. Only candidate with B.E./B.Tech, in Engineering (excluding Electronics/ Tele Communication/ Communication/ CS and IT) can opt for MBA Insurance Risk Management.

L.M. selection is done exclusively on the results of CLAT accorded applicant has LLB or five-year integrated LLB (Hons.) degree. Admission to Ph.D. offered by NLU, Jodhpur is completed because of the National Level Entrance Test conducted by the university. Admission in LL.D./ D.Sc./ D. Litt needs a Ph.D. or correspondent degree and selection is based on merit and research publications.

Under Graduate Courses

Intake
The intake capacity of all the two undergraduate degree programmes (B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons),  B.A., LL.B. (Hons), put together is 104 students + 16 (NRI)/NRI Sponsored.). In case of admission under NRI/NRIs sponsored category, a candidate has to apply as a NRI / NRIs sponsored candidate in CLAT form. After publication of CLAT result, CLAT Office will publish the merit list of NRI / NRIs sponsored candidates and from that merit list application shall be invited for admission which shall be made strictly on the basis of aforesaid merit list.

Reservation
The break up of the intake capacity is as under :
Scheduled cast : 15%
Scheduled Tribes : 7.5%

Physically Handicapped
5% seats in each category are reserved for physically challenged students.

(i) Candidates willing to get admission in NLU, Jodhpur can opt from either of 2 streams namely B.A. and B.B.A.

(ii) Minimum of 20 students will be required for offering any of the streams i.e. B.A. and B.B.A.  on the basis of CLAT merit.

(iii) The option exercised by the students will not be changed in any circumstance, except for the administrative reason as reproduced in Clause-(iv).

(iv) If a stream is not offered due to lack of number of students, students opting for that particular stream will be transferred to the other stream on the basis of available seats.
