NICMAR 2023 Round-3 Application Form has been Extended till 18th June 2023 for UG/PG Courses. NICMAR is called as the National Institute of Construction Management and research. This university offers PG coursed within the engineering field for the applicants.

The university conducts the entrance exam to select the potential applicants for the courses within the university. NICMAR has been established as a non-profit Organisation with the express objective of engaging in activities for the promotion of education, training, research, expertness, and ability formation at all levels of the development and different allied industries.

Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management (PGP ACM) – two year Post Graduate. Programme in Project Engineering and Management (PGP PEM) – two year.
Post Graduate Programme inland & Urban Infrastructure Management (PGP REUIM) – two year.
Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development and Management (PGP IFDM) – two year.
Post Graduate Programme in Management of Family in hand Construction Business (PGP MFOCB) – 18-Months. Post Graduate Programme in amount surveying and Contract Management (PGP QSCM) – one Year.
Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM) – one Year.

The applicants interested in the entrance exam from the NICMAR will fill the application form through online as well as offline mode. The applicants need to follow the steps mentioned below for the application form submission. The application process involves six steps that are listed below for reference:

Online Registration: The applicants need to open the website and so click on the Register no tab. Then fill the information that’s asked. Click on submit.

Account Activation: Once the registration is completed the applicants can receive an email from the university. The applicants need to click on the link within the email to activate the credentials Once done the applicants are able to use them.

Form filling: The applicants need to log into the website using the credentials. Then fill the application form with the below details Course details, Personal Details, Academic Details, Work experience & additional details.

Upload documents: The applicants need to upload the scanned passport size copy. The applicants even have to upload the scanned signature

Fee payment: The applicants need to pay the application fee of Rs 1610/-. The application fee is often paid online or offline as well. Online – net banking or Debit/Credit card Offline – By money or DD It is important to save the payment confirmation.

Final submission: The applicants need to recheck the information and so click on Submit. The applicants need to save the confirmation page for reference.

NICMAR Eligibility Criteria 2023:

Eligibility Criteria for PGP ACM, PGP PEM, PGP IFDM & PGP REUIM: The applicant ought to hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning. The applicants ought to have achieved at least a minimum of 50% of the total marks in their exams.

Eligibility Criteria for PGP MFOCB: The applicant ought to be a graduate from any discipline. The applicants ought to have achieved at least a minimum of 50% of the total marks in their exams. The applicant ought to belong to a family having a construction business and may be able to give the documents.

Eligibility Criteria for PGP QSCM: The applicant ought to hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline. The applicants ought to have achieved at least a minimum 50% of total marks in their exams

Eligibility Criteria for PGP HSEM: The applicant ought to hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline. OR Should have a four year of experience with a diploma in Engineering from any discipline. The applicants ought to have achieved at least a minimum of 50% of total marks in their exams.

NICMAR Exam Pattern 2023:

The entrance exam is divided into four sections as mentioned below:
Written exam
GD (Group Discussion)
PI (Personal Interview)
RA (Rating of application)
All the four sections are for 250 marks in total.
The written exam is for – one hundred fifty marks
Quantitative and Analytical Ability – sixty marks
Data Interpretation – thirty marks
Verbal and General Ability – sixty marks
Personal Interview (PI) – fifty marks
Rating of Application (RA) – fifty marks

NICMAR Admit Card 2023:

The admit card is released through the official website. The applicants need to use their credentials to download the same. Once the admit card is downloaded the applicants need to print them. Admit card ought to be carried to the exam center. Applicants while not the admit card won’t be pleased.

NICMAR 2023 Result:

The results are released by the university seven days after the exams are conducted. The results are released on the official website for the applicants. The applicants need to download the result and so print it. The applicants need to keep the result safe as it is needed at the time of admission and counseling.
