What is NEET 2023 Merit List?

What are the types of NEET UG Merit List 2023?

There will be a total of 3 types of merit List available to the candidates. All the merit Lists are going to be published online on the website solely. The Ranks of the candidates are going to be in descending order. that means the candidate with the highest rank is going to be at the top followed by the other ranks. The Ranks of the candidates are going to be on the basis of the All India Ranks as released on NEET 2023 Rank Letter.

All India Merit List:

This is the overall rank merit list which suggests that candidates across the country are going to be eligible to urge included during this merit list. The Rank that may be provided to the candidate is going to be on the basis of All India. The Performance of the candidates is going to be rated as the overall position who have appeared for the medical eligibility cum entrance examination irrespective of their state and their qualifying state.

15% AIQ Merit List:

This Merit List is for the All India Quota Seats that all the candidates are eligible for except for the Jammu and Kashmir candidates. State-Wise NEET Merit List 2023:

This is the NEET State-Wise Merit List Rank of the Candidates. The DGHS can hand over the list of the candidates to the respective State and Union Territory counseling committees. These direction Committees can prepare their own separate merit list on the basis of the All India Ranks of the candidates.

The Inclusion of the State Merit List can depend on many factors such as:
The number of candidates who appeared in the exam from that particular state or Union territory.
Details are presented by the candidate at the time of filling the application type.

The Candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria are going to be eligible to fill within the form released by the State and Union Territories counseling Bodies. After the filling of the application, a list of eligible candidates is going to be released based on the counseling process that takes place. The State Merit List can list out the rank of the candidates of that particular state or Union Territory.
