CMC Ludhiana BPT 2024 Application Form will be released soon. Applications have been offered by Christian Medical College Ludhiana for admission to B.Sc Nursing and BPT on account of merit obtained in the Admission test (UG AT 2024) to be held.

You have to submit your application offline by visiting the CMC Ludhiana website after the agreed date. The application forms will be available on the official website of CMC Ludhiana.

The application form must be downloaded, posted, filled and consulted along with the necessary add-ons with the “Registrar”, Christian Medical College Ludhiana, before the last date.

CMC Ludhiana BPT 2024 Application Form

We have specified below all the imperative information about the application process for the aid of the candidates:

• Candidates need to open the official website of the university and download the application form and prospectus from the website.
• As soon as the instructions mentioned in the prospectus are verified, candidates should start filling the application form.
• Print the application form, fill it up and contact the Registrar of Christian Medical College Ludhiana. After completing the application form, submit three copies of your recent passport photo in the appropriate space provided.
• The applicant must sign his or her legible signature (full name will not be accepted) in the appropriate area indicated on the application form. Unsigned forms will not be accepted.
• Applicants applying for registration under the Minority Christian with Pledge of Service category must submit with the application a copy of i) Church membership certificate (ii) baptismal certificate iii) commitment letter
• Service bond from the organization/church of CMC Ludhiana Society, signed by authorized person.
• The applicant is required to upload his/her understandable signature (writing full name will not be recognised) in the box provided in the online application form.
• Online application forms without scanned signatures will not be accepted.
• Award for draft demand of Rs.3000/-, “in favor of “Ludhiana Association of Christian Medical Colleges”, payable at Ludhiana.
• While submitting the application, the applicant must enter some necessary information in the application form, such as personal information, educational information, course information, contact and parent information as well as ‘ other details’.
• Candidates must also provide scanned photograph and signature in the quantified size and format mentioned on the authorized website of the university.
• Candidates should fill the application form properly and accurately with correct information.
• Applicants should print the application form once it is completed.
• A copy of the form, duly filled in, shall be sent with attachment to “Registrar”, Christian Medical College Ludhiana-141008, Punjab.

• Payment of the registration fee is an important part of the registration process; Therefore, candidates are advised to pay the application fee before the due date.
• Details of the application fee will be discussed by the applicant’s official agency on the university’s official website.
• Being informed, candidates visit the official website of the school for information about application fees.
• Candidates must have a copy of the payment confirmation receipt that will be generated by the system. The registration fee of Rs 3,000 – (three thousand rupees only) will still be paid under the DD method.
• The registration fee remains the same regardless of the number of functional courses for (1 or both courses). Registration fee once paid will not be refunded later.

CMC Ludhiana BPT 2024 Eligibility Criteria

The important information about the eligibility criteria is given below for the candidates:

Candidates must pass Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects separately and must score a minimum of 45% total marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology subjects in 10+2 exam (40% for SC/BC ).

To get admission into the BPT course, candidates must pass the 10+2 exam with passing marks (50%) in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English). UK according to order request). Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Health Division 2015-16.

Higher Secondary Examination or Indian School Certificate Examination corresponds to 10+2 higher secondary examination after 12 years of schooling, the last two years of schooling covering physics, chemistry and biology/technology biology and mathematics or any other subject chosen by choice with English at a level at least equivalent to a basic English course agreed upon by the National Research and Training Council after commencement construction of 10 + 2 + 3 years education, not mandatory by the National Education Commission. When the course content is not agreed upon for the National Board’s 10+2 educational conference, the candidate will have to undergo a one-year pre-professional training period before being admitted to the medical/dental faculty.

CMC Ludhiana BPT 2024 Exam Pattern

The written entrance test will be conducted in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology (grades 11 and 12 under the 10+2 system) and will also include a general aptitude test. There will be 50 questions remaining for each topic.
