Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University (SDAU) is a country Agricultural University in India, which was created in 1972. The university affiliated with the University Grants Commission of India, (UGC India) is a statutory body set up by the Indian Union government. The university provides admission to several courses in UG, PG, and Ph.D. level to their indeed candidates that make up the agricultural field.

SDAU 2024 Application Form:

• Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University Admission 2024 Application Form has been Released.
• Candidates willing for the online Application Form must visit the official website or go for the direct link provided above in this article.
• Candidates must go through the form accurately and fill-up the form correctly
• After filling the form candidates need to submit it
• The processing fee for SEBC candidates is 1000/- and 500/- with a view to S.C. / S.T. candidate of Gujarat State.
• The details of educational background, experience, age, etc. should be derived from the website
• The application must be submitted online from the website and after paying the fee for processing through internet banking through the website. The candidate pays the processing fee only through a Collect payment facility online only.
• After Paying the processing fee, the form can be filled up online next working day after 14:00 Hrs.
• The hard copy of the application is backed with attested copies of certificates, pertaining to the necessary qualifications, experience and etc. must reach to the Registrar, Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University, Sardarkrushinagar -385 506 (Gujarat). The University reserves its right to refuse to fill-in all or any post if the court considers necessary.

SDAU 2024 Admissions Process

At the Doctoral level, the university is served in the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program under the various specializations providing candidates an opportunity to explore their research work within a wide number of fields.

Candidates that have a degree in M.Sc program with minimum marks of 60% in the relevant discipline are considered as eligible for the relevant course. Applications received for the Ph.D. program will be scrutinized by the university.

A list of eligible candidates for the entrance tests will be shown on the website. The eligible candidates must have to appear in the entrance test. The very basis of selection of a candidate for the admission must be equal to the merit.

Applicants belonging to the SC / ST category will be given a relaxation of 5% marks while satisfying the eligibility criteria of the M.Com (P) program in accordance with the rules of the institute. The merit list shall be prepared by giving 50:50 weightage to the marks of OGPA (percentage marks) of the very last degree and common entrance test examination.

Note: Candidates who belong to the SC  /  ST category will be given to the relaxation of 5% marks while meeting the criteria for the eligibility of the M.Com(P) program following the rules of the institute.

At the PG level, the university is offering two programs, Master of Science (M.Sc) and Master of Business Administration (MBA). Running Time period of the M.Sc program is of two years whereas the MBA program holds out over a period of two years.

The M.Sc holds multiple specialties for the candidates who are looking for admission in the concerned courses. Nominees seeking admission in M.Sc programme need to carry out a degree in B.Sc. Agriculture with 60% marks in order to satisfy the qualification standards of the concerned course for the applicants who are looking for admission in MBA need to have a Bachelor’s degree in agriculture and allied science to be eligible for applying in MBA program.

Candidates seeking admissions in these courses will require to fill an online application form available on the official website of the university. They will also have to pay a nominal fee of Rs. 1000/- common and INR 500 for SC/ ST candidates. The requests must be submitted online duly filled with all the necessary details required.

Reservation:

General Reservation: University had reserved 7% seats for SC, 15% for ST, 27% for SEBC, and 5% for Physically challenged candidates. Valid certification should be produced which shows that s/he does not belong in the creamy layer.

Reservation for ICAR candidates: 25% of the aggregate number of seats are reserved for out-state candidates submitted by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (for postgraduate courses on the basis of All India Entrance Test)
