Sambalpur University 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must go through the Sambalpur University2024 Eligibility Criteria before applying:

Common Eligibility

• Nationality: The applicant should be an Indian citizen
• Age limit: It is not updated by the authorities.
• Recognition: The qualification should be completed by a recognized University or Institution.

PG course

• Qualification: One needs to complete the Graduation or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum Marks: General category must have a score minimum of 45% and the reserved category must have scored a minimum of 40% marks in the qualifying exam.

Note: The applicant who holds a valid scorecard of MAT will be exempted from the entrance exam and will be selected based on MAT scores.

M.Phil. and Ph.D. course

• Qualification: One needs to complete their Master’s Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum Marks: General category must have a score minimum of 55% and the reserved category must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying exam.
• Selection criteria: Entrance Test followed by Viva Voce

Sambalpur University 2024 Selection Process 

For the reference of the applicants, we have provided the basic information regarding the Sambalpur University 2024 Selection Process that one should know. The conducting authorities will offer admission to the deserving applicants based on the entrance test except for the B.Tech course.

The applicants willing to get admission in Ph.D. courses need to appear for the written test and viva-voce conducted by the conducting authorities and score well.
