Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) is a school board headquartered in Chandigarh, India. It was established in 1969 by a legislative act of the Government of Punjab to administer the curriculum in public schools in the State of Punjab and conduct standardized examinations.
The Board is led by a full-time Chairman, whose tenure is three years and who technically reports to the Secretary of School Education, Government of Punjab. The current Chairman is Dr. Tejinder Kaur Dhaliwal.

Important Points to Remember
- The exam duration will be 2 hours and 45 minutes.
- Students should arrive at the test location at least 30 minutes in advance.
- It is mandatory to have your admission card with you. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to take the exam.
- Students should not choose unfair methods to pass the exam.
- If caught by the examiner, the student cannot opt for the AP SSC exam for the next three years.
