PJTSAU is known as the Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University offers you with the UG, PG & Ph.D. degree programs under the various faculties such as Agriculture, Seed Technology, Agricultural Engineering & Home Science at its primary campus (Rajendranagar) & inaugural colleges located in the Telangana.

The eligibility for UG admission at PJTSAU is that the candidate must have passed 10+2 examination from a known board. For admission to PG courses, a candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline from an accredited university. Candidates should fill the application forms along with the required fee in the form of Demand Draft (DD). For UG courses, the candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the TS EAMCET, held every year by the Department of Higher Education of the Government of Telangana.

Selection to PG & Ph.D. programs will be done on the basis of marks achieved in the entrance test organized by ICAR on an all India basis. PJTSAU 2024 Application Form

PJTSAU Admission 2024 TS EAMCET Application Form will be Releasing soon. Applicants must go through the official website and fill the OTR (onetime registration) application. The applicant must provide all the details at the same time filling the Online Application Form.

While filling the online application form, the applicant is suggested to save the application in draft form until the final submission. After the successful submission, application number will be released which may also be used for future correspondence.

Scanned passport size (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) photograph of the candidate in JPEG format and does not exceed 1 MB file size. The candidate’s signature should be scanned in JPEG format of [3.5 cm x1.5 cm] and does not exceed 1 MB file size.

The documents to be uploaded are supposed to be scanned in png/jpg/jpeg only. The size of the scanned documents to be uploaded cannot exceed 1MB. The computer-generated a printed copy of the completed application, in all respects, including certificates/payment of fee needs to be sent through by Speed Post only to the following address:

Note: For entry into the Ph.D. programs, the candidates should have submitted the M.Sc. level thesis on or prior to the last date prescribed for admission of applications and need to complete the thesis final viva voce examination successfully as on the date of registration in case of selected candidates.

PJTSAU 2024 Application Fee

• For OC/BC applicants, the fee is Rs. 1600 and in order to SC/ST candidates, the fee is Rs. 850.
• Fee can be presented through Debit Card /Credit Card (Visa / Master Card)/NET banking/ Wallet.
• Following a successful submission and payment, the applicant must take a copy of application forms. The applicant should allow the “background graphics” in print option prior to taking a copy of your uploaded application form.

PJTSAU 2024 Admissions Process

Selection will be done based on your previous academic record at postgraduate/under graduate level and performance test carried on by ICAR through AICE-JRF/SRF(PGS) and the weightage would be in a ratio of 60:30:10 (60% Entrance Marks, 30% M.Sc Marks and 10% B.Sc. Marks).

Selection of applicants for M.Sc/ M.Tech will be done on the basis of their former academic record at Under Graduate level (30% weightage) and performance in the entrance test (70% weightage) carried out by ICAR through AIEEA PG. In the case of MBA Agri-Business Management, the selection will be based on performance in the entrance test, carried out by the ICAR through AIEEA PG.

• In the case of a further tie, the age of the candidate will be taken into consideration.
• 40% of the seats have been reserved for candidates belonging to the families of Agriculturists (Farmers) owning not less than 3 acres of land either on behalf of the parents or in the name of the student and who has studied for a minimum of 4 years in schools located in the Non-Municipal areas
• Reservation of seats for Women: In every course, 33% of the seats will be reserved in favour of women students from every category.
