NIT Raipur Admission 2024 Application Form will be Released soon. National Institute Of Technology (NIT) Raipur is an autonomous university situated in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The institute is approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE). NIT National Institute of Technology Raipur provides BTech and BArch at the undergraduate level and MTech, MSc and MCA courses at the postgraduate level. It also provides PhD courses.

Scholarship

• 100% Tuition Fee waiver in order to get the SC/ST/PH students.
• Full remission of the tuition fee for General and OBC students whose family income is less than INR 1 lakh per annum.
• Remission of 2/3rd of the tuition fee for General-and OBC students whose family income is amongst INR 1 lakh to INR 5 Lakh per annum.

NIT Raipur Admission 2024 Application Form will be Released soon. Candidates can apply through online mode for UG and PG courses. They have to apply for a JEE Main and GATE at their respective official websites for B.Tech and M.Tech.

In Order To MCA, the candidates have to apply for NIMCET through online mode. For Ph.D., the application form will be obtainable for download from the official website of NIT Raipur.

The filled applications along with a DD drawn in favor of “Director, NIT Raipur” payable at Raipur should reach up to “The Registrar, NIT Raipur, CG 492010”.

The form should be in an A4 size envelope containing superscribing “Ph.D. Admission for Academic Year 2024 to the (Name of the Department)”

For B.Tech. and B.Arch.

Admission to the B.Tech. and B.Arch program will be done on the basis of marks scored by a candidate in 10+2 (Science Stream) or the equivalent and JEE Main Entrance exam.

• CBSE – Minimum 75% marks.
• JEE Entrance Exam – Valid Score (for B.Tech. and B.Arch.).
• NATA Entrance Exam – Valid Score (for B.Arch.).

Final Selection to B.Tech. The program is based on the availability of seats through JoSSA Counselling (Joint Seat Allocation Authority).

The Personal Interview held at the Institute. Whereas selection for The B.Arch program is done through counseling held at the institute.

For M.Tech. and MCA

Admission to the M.Tech. and MCA programs are done on the basis of marks scored by a candidate in Bachelor’s Degree (in the appropriate Stream) or other equivalent and required an Entrance exam.

• Bachelor’s Degree – Minimum 60% marks.
• GATE Entrance Exam – Valid Score (for M.Tech.).
• NIMCET Entrance Exam – Valid Score (for MCA).

Selection for M.Tech. The program will be done on the basis of the GATE Entrance exam score acquired by the candidate. Bearing In Mind That allocation of seats for MCA is performed through NIMCET Counselling.

For Ph.D.

NIT Raipur offers you with a three-year full-time Ph.D. research program.

Candidates applying for this course must hold a master’s degree from a recognized Institute/University with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate. Acceptance in the Ph.D. program will be on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the Entrance Exam/ Personal Interview conducted by the Institute.
