Karnataka TET 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

The Applicants should be a citizen of India.

The upper age limit for Karnataka TET is forty years while the minimum age is eighteen years.

For Primary Teacher (class 1-5):

Intermediate /Senior Secondary with a minimum of 45% marks and pass in or pursuing the final year of 2-year diploma in teaching.
Intermediate /Senior Secondary with a minimum of 50% marks and pass in or pursuing the final year of four tears Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
Intermediate /Senior Secondary with a minimum of 45% marks and pass in or pursuing the final year of 2-year diploma in Education (Special Education).
Applicants should be graduate.

For Upper Primary Teacher (Class 6-8th):

B.A. /B.Sc. /B.Com pass or pursuing the final year of a 2-year diploma in elementary education.
For paper two, the Applicants should have secured 60% marks in their graduation.
Applicants appearing or passed four years Bachelor of elementary education.
B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. Pass with a minimum of 45% marks and pass in or pursuing one year bachelor in education.
B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. Pass with a minimum of 50% marks and pass in or pursuing a one-year B.ed education Course.
