Jawaharlal Nehru University had released the JNU 2020 eligibility criteria for admissions. The eligibility criteria of JNU 2020 states the minimum eligibility needed by a candidates to apply for a particular subject. 

Jawaharlal Nehru University can conduct JNUEE in collaboration with NTA as part of the admission to the varied undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes offered by the university. The University offers programmes within the Arts, Science and social science streams. Given below is the detailed eligibility criteria of JNU 2020. 

JNUEE 2020 Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates who would like to seek admission to the various programmes must check the JNU eligibility criteria 2020. candidates should also remember that if they’re found ineligible for the programme as per the mentioned JNU 2020 eligibility criteria, their application are going to be rejected. Jawaharlal Nehru University can conduct the common entrance test for the various programmes.

JNU 2020 Eligibility Criteria for B.A (H) Arts:

Candidates ought to have completed Senior school Certificate (10+2) or equivalent examination with a minimum of forty five percent marks.

JNU Eligibility Criteria 2020 for M.A. in Politics (with specialization in International Studies):

Candidates ought to have completed their graduation in any discipline underneath 10+2+3 education pattern with minimum fifty percent marks.

JNU 2020 Eligibility Criteria for M.A. in Economics (with Specialization in World Economy):

Candidates ought to have a Bachelor Degree in Economics (H) with mathematics as a further subject.
Candidates with a Bachelor degree in mathematics (H) with economics as a further subject or bachelor degree in Statistics (H) with mathematics and economics as subsidiary subjects underneath 10+2+3 education pattern securing a minimum of fifty percent marks aggregate also are eligible.

JNU Eligibility Criteria 2020 for M.Sc in Life Sciences:

Candidates should have a Bachelor Degree either B.Sc. /B.Tech or Equivalent in Biological/ Physical/ Agricultural Sciences or Biotechnology stream from any state or central recognised Institute/ University.
Candidates should have obtained a minimum of fifty five percent marks in aggregate of all subjects.

JNU 2020 Eligibility Criteria for M.Sc in Environmental Sciences:

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in any branch of Basic or Applied Sciences under 10+2+3 education pattern from school/ Institute/ University as recognised at the state or national level.
Candidates got to have secured a minimum of fifty five percent marks in aggregate of subjects of qualifying degree examination.

JNU Eligibility Criteria 2020 for MCA (Masters in computer Applications):

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline under 10+2+3 education pattern from any state or nationally recognised Institute or university.
Candidates should be competent adequately with a minimum of fifty five percent marks at graduation level aggregate of all subjects.

JNU 2020 Eligibility Criteria for M.Sc in Physics:

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree with Physics as one of the topics in any discipline beneath 10+2+3 education pattern securing a minimum of 55 % marks in aggregate.
Candidates who have qualified Bachelor’s Degree either in Physics, Chemistry and mathematics combined or in Physics Honours or with B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Computer also are eligible.

JNU Eligibility Criteria 2020 for M.A. in Arts and Aesthetics:

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline under 10+2+3 academic pattern.
Candidates got to have obtained minimum fifty percent marks to be eligible for admissions.

JNU 2020 Eligibility Criteria for M.A. in Sanskrit:

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Sanskrit or in any subject under 10+2+3 education pattern from any recognised Institute or University.
