Only the candidates who are from India (INDIAN ONLY) are eligible for IIIT. Only the candidates who have completed their HSC from a known university or board are eligible.

The applicant who belongs to the reserved class ought to have achieved a minimum of 45% of the score in their education
Applicants who are appearing for their HSC examination are eligible but they need to submit their scorecard at the time of the admission.
