The full form of UGC NET is University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test. To plan eligibility for college and university level lectureship and honor of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) for Indian nationals the UGC-NET is held. The All-India Federation of University and College Teachers’ Organisation (AIFUCTO) vigorously defended attempts to discard the test.The system supported that the trial increases the pattern of coaching in the country and rather of wrecking it the government must visit some of its stores that are making it flawed and un-implementable.

The most questionable examination was the UGC NET full form of June 2012. But according to the appearing, in the original notification, it was declared that the applicant from general category has to score 40% for paper 1 and paper 2 and 50% for a third paper to be eligible for consideration for the final development of the decision.

The Kerala court says that it is illegal to established new rules at the end time  When the 7000 applicants have gone to the tribunal of Kerala. The court says to change the rules but at the end, time to modify the rule is against the law. So the UGC regarded a note  “NOTIFICATION REGARDING PROCEDURE AND CRITERIA FOR DECLARATION OF RESULT OF UGC NET TO BE HELD ON 30TH DECEMBER, 2012.” Later on in its website before the two days of examination and there is also listed stepwise the clearance of criteria and subjects according to the cutoff which is fixed by the UGC.

Now the UGC-NET is not necessary for becoming an assistant professor.Also, who have completed the Ph.D. can direct apply for the assistant professor without attending NET.

UGC-NET qualification procedure

-The applicant has to secure qualifying results.
-A merit list will be prepared for all the candidate who has passed the first step with all the subjects.
-The eligibility for the assistant professor will select from the top 15% applicant.
