Rajasthan Polytechnic 2023: L.E Application (Re-open), Admission Procedure

Rajasthan Polytechnic 2023 Application Process is re-opened from 11th till  12th September 2023 for L.E courses. Second Seat Allotment has been released for Diploma Engineering & Non-Engineering courses. Rajasthan Polytechnic Admission procedure is state level admission procedure held by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Rajasthan. The examination will be held for the applicants willing to get admission in various Diploma Courses at the Govt. and Private polytechnic institution across the state.

Rajasthan Polytechnic Application Form 2023:

Below we have provided the complete details Applicants needs to know regarding the Rajasthan Polytechnic Application Form 2023:

• The Application Form will be released through online mode.
• Only eligible Applicants will be allowed to participate in the Rajasthan polytechnic admission procedure.
• Applicants will be able to register themselves for the admission procedure from the second week of June 2023.
• Applicants must fill the application form very carefully as there won’t be any correction facility for the application form.
• Applicants must submit the details in the application form as per the given instructions on it.
• The details filled by Applicants in the application form must be same as it appears in their 10th mark sheet, any alteration in the details could cause rejection of application form.
• Applicants must submit the application form before the 3rd week of July 2023, as no application form will be accepted after that date.
• Applicants are suggested to keep the copy of filled application form and fee receipt for future references.

Application Fee:

• The Application Fee can be submitted through online mode.
• Applicants can use prescribed payment gateways for the transaction of application fee.
• The Application Fee for every candidate will be Rs.300/-

Documents required for filling the application form:

• Recent passport size photograph & signature (size 50kb)
• Class 10th /12th certificate
• Domicile certificate (if candidate has passed class 10th from outside Rajasthan)
• Reservation certificate
• Payment slip

Rajasthan Polytechnic Eligibility Criteria 2023:

Below we have provided the complete Rajasthan Polytechnic eligibility criteria:

For Engineering Diploma Courses:

• Age Criteria: There will be no prescribed age limit to apply.
• Qualification: Applicants must have passed 10th or equivalent examination from any recognized board.
• Subjects: Applicants must have Science & Mathematics as mandatory subjects in their qualifying exam.
• Marks: Applying candidate must have secured at least 35% marks in the qualifying examination to be eligible.

For Non-Engineering Courses:

• Qualification: Applicants must have passed at least 10th examination from any recognized board.
• Marks: Applicants must have scored at least 35% marks in the qualifying examination to be eligible for admission.

For Engineering Lateral Entry:

• Qualification: Applicants must have passed 10+2 Intermediate or equivalent examination from any recognized board.
• Subjects: Applicants must have passed with PCM and English as mandatory subjects in their qualifying exam.

Rajasthan Polytechnic Merit list 2023:

Rajasthan Polytechnic Merit list will be released by the official authority after few days from the completion of registration process. The official authority will release the merit list through online mode only. Applicants will be able to check the complete merit list from the third week of July 2023.

The merit list will be prepared by the official  authority on the basis of Applicants performance in the required examination. Rajasthan Polytechnic merit list will consist of names of shortlisted Applicants along with rank for counselling procedure.

Reservation Criteria

The Admission will be offered to the Applicants on the basis of reservation policy of govt. of India. Authority will release the seats matrix for every category on the basis of following criteria:

Rajasthan Polytechnic Counselling 2023:

The counselling procedure will be held through offline mode only. Applicants will have to appear in the counselling process in person at the prescribed counselling centre.

Seats will be provided to the Applicants on the basis of Applicants rank in the merit list. Applicants can get the complete updates regarding the counselling procedure through the website.

Rajasthan Polytechnic Admission 2023:

The admission procedure for the Rajasthan Polytechnic will be held on the basis of Applicants score in the required entrance examination. The admission will be provided to the Applicants on the basis of their rank in the entrance examination.

Along with this, authority will also held the direct admission rounds. Applicants those didn’t get any seats in the counselling rounds can apply for the direct admission.
