Candidates can submit the VTUEEE 2026 Phase 1 Slot 2 application form until 19 February 2026. Earlier, the Phase 1 Slot 1 registration was completed on 31 December 2025. How to fill the online VTUEEE 2026 Application Form?

VTUEEE online application process includes the following steps:

Step 1 – Registration:
Candidates need to begin by registering with basic details such as full name, valid mobile number, email ID, preferred program, and state. These details are required to create the application profile.

Step 2 – Application Form Filling:
After registration, applicants receive an email containing the application number, password, and application link. Using these credentials, candidates should complete the form carefully with accurate personal, academic, and contact details.

Step 3 – Application Fee Payment:
Once the form is filled, candidates must pay the ₹950 application fee. In person: Candidates will be able to purchase VTUEEE 2026 application forms from the regional offices of Vel Tech by paying the required fees of Rs 950 in cash. OR Candidates can also purchase the application form by submitting a DD for Rs 950 in favour of Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr Sagunthala R&D Institute of Science and Technology, payable at Chennai. By post: Candidates can post the DD for Rs 950 in favour of Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr Sagunthala R&D Institute of Science and Technology, payable at Chennai, to The Head Admissions, No.42, Avadi – Vel Tech Road, Vel Nagar, Avadi, Chennai – 600 062. The envelope should contain a written request mentioning the candidate’s name, postal address, and pin code, along with the DD, and should be sent to the address mentioned below.

Candidates should carefully fill in all required personal, academic, and other relevant details in the application form. While completing the offline form, it is generally advised to use a black ballpoint pen and write clearly in capital letters to avoid any errors.

Applicants need to attach a recent passport-size colour photograph with a white background, preferably taken within the last two months. The photograph should ideally include the candidate’s name and the date it was taken, as specified in the guidelines. Candidates must also sign in the designated area, and parent or guardian signatures may be required where indicated.
