The SSC CPO Eligibility Criteria 2025 are based on nationality, educational qualifications, and age. Candidates must be Indian citizens (or from Nepal/Bhutan with valid certification), hold a bachelor’s degree, and be aged between 20 and 25 years. 4. Nationality/Citizenship:
Applicants must be either Indian citizens or subjects of Nepal or Bhutan. Candidates from Nepal or Bhutan must possess a Government of India eligibility certificate, where required. Those awaiting the certificate can appear for the exam, but their appointment will only be confirmed after the certificate is issued.

Both Paper 1 and Paper 2 are objective-type tests. Paper 1 is bilingual, while Paper 2 is in English only. A negative marking of 0.25 marks applies to every wrong answer.

SSC CPO Salary 2025
Both SI (GD) in CAPFs and SI (Executive) in Delhi Police come under Level-6 (₹35,400–₹1,12,400).
