The following are the eligibility criteria:

• Each State Board of Nursing Registration requires applicants to be registered nurses and registered midwives or an equivalent combination of the two.
• Bachelor of Nursing/B.Sc. Ladies and Gentlemen. Nursing/Post-basic Bachelor of Nursing with a minimum aggregate score of 55 percent should be the criteria for basic training.
• Bachelor of Nursing/Bachelor of Honors. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing is mandatory for candidates.
• After completing the basic B.Sc. You must have at least one year of work experience to be accepted into the nursing program.

SKIMS University M.Sc. Nursing 2023 Selection process

Students aim to take the 100-minute entrance exam (written exam) with a questionnaire consisting of 100 objective type questions (multiple choice) at level 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.

To pass the test, candidates must receive at least 50 percent of the possible points. Each question is considered worth one point. A list of candidates will be drawn up based on merit. In case the contestants are equal, the merit will be decided on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2.

If any seat remains vacant due to lack of candidates in a particular category among the serving SKIMS candidates, the seat shall be filled among the general category candidates as per the list Bonus.
