Osmania University Admission 2023 CPGET Application Form will be Releasing soon. The application forms can only be filled through an online mode.

Candidates willing to apply for any of the PG/PG Diploma/5 Year Integrated courses, for which they have to give OUCET exam, can do this by following the procedure set forth below:

• Go through the official website of the University.
• Press on the “Apply Online OUCET”.
• Open the application form.
• Complete the form by filling in the proper details.
• The registration charges for the one-time subject for a general category student is Rs. 700 and for SC/ST it is Rs. 575. For every single subject the candidate opts for, the fee is Rs. 450 for all classes.
• The nominee can make the payment for the online registration at TS/AP online centers or through payment gateway – Debit/Credit/Net Banking.
• Click on “Submit” and your registration is done.

Osmania University 2023 Result

Osmania University (OU) provides various PG courses following the choice based credit system (CBCS). CBCS is being provided to those candidates who have conceded in campus & constituent institutions of Osmania University excluding district PG Colleges & Osmania University Affiliated colleges.

Osmania University Admission is based on the written examination from March to May & the university releases the timetable in December every year. The evaluation process is carried out in terms of the semester grade point average (SGPA) system for all courses.

Osmania University 2023 Admissions Process

The University offers courses in different fields, the OU Admission Procedure is held by the DOA (Directorate of Admission).

The Issue Of Notifications: The Directorate of Admissions matters regarding the notification for entrance and admission into various P.G. and P.G. Diploma courses within the first week of April in each year. The application form needs to be filled only through online mode. The registration fees for a single topic for a general category student is Rs. 800 and for SC/ST it is Rs. 600. For every subject the candidate opts for, the fee is Rs. 400 for all the categories.

Entrance Examinations: University handles an entrance examination for various P.G. and P.G.  Diploma courses in the first/second week of June and announces the results in conjunction with a rank wise merit list.

Osmania University 2023 Counseling

Admissions to P.G. and P.G. Diploma courses provided by the different University constituent and affiliated colleges will be made through a centralized counseling process.  The counseling process, as a whole, begin during the final week of June / first week of July every year.

Approval Of Admitted Candidates: In the end, the checking of the eligible candidates took place. It approves the list of candidates by the Non-Resident Indian (NRI) contingents/ Management Quota into M.A., M.Sc., M.B.A., M.C.A., B.Ed., LL.B., LL.M., Hotel  Management, Hospital Management and Pharmacy courses that all private affiliating the establishments of the Osmania University.

Reservations

Below we have provided the reservations provided by the University:

• Admission is available to 85% of the available seats in every course is reserved for local candidates in respect of O.U. Rest 15% of seats is open to local and non-local people shall be filled up subject to similar reservation as applicable to 85% local candidates
• Further than the total number of seats available in every subject/course, 15% for SC and ST, 30% for Backward Class allocated by the University.
• A minimum of 33.33% seats are allocated to women candidates from every category i.e. SC/ST/BC
