NIT Goa Admission 2024 Application Form will be Released soon. National Institute Of Technology (NIT) Goa, was founded in 2010 and is known as an Institute of National Importance. NIT Goa is providing UG, PG, and Doctoral Degree in the field of Engineering, Applied Sciences, and various other streams. NIT Goa offers BTech in five specialisations, an MTech in three specialisations and a PhD in five areas of research.

NIT, Goa bids UG and PG programs in Computer Engineering & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, and Electrical & Electronics Engineering. It also provides a Ph.D. in various Engineering and Science disciplines. Admission will be provided on the basis of various national-level entrance tests, like JEE Main, JEE Advanced, GATE, etc. Final Selection to BTech Program will be based on the allocation of seats through Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling. NIT Goa Admission 2024 Application Form will be Released soon. The application process at NIT Goa for the candidates will be done through online mode. Applicants must fill the application fee through online with the necessary documents and application fee (in accordance with the desired course).

• Fill the Application Form if you visit the official website of NIT, Goa.
• Upload Digitized Images of Photograph and Signature.
• Pay for your application fee through credit, debit or net banking.

For Ph.D. Course:

• The application form and other important information for entry to a Ph.D. program may be downloaded from the Institute’s website.
• Application form, duly completed, must include the crossed Demand Draft of INR 500 for General and OBC, and INR 300 for SC/ST candidates.
• The DD should be brought in favor of “Director NIT Goa” payable at Ponda,

NIT Goa 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

Scholarship Details:

• The award of scholarship/fellowship to full-time candidates is awarded pursuant to the Central Government/MHRD norms.
• Each department is providing 20 seats in each fields of the M.Tech course, out of which 18 seats will be full through CCMT and the remaining 2 seats are meant for the sponsored candidates.
• The institute also offers a scheme of Direct Admission to Students Abroad (DASA) with a consumption of 30 in each branch.
• Parents’ annual revenue should not be more than 1 lakh.
• The organization is offering a 40% reservation in Scholarship for the girls.
• Students must obtain 50% marks over the last examination in order for them to avail of the scholarship.
• Have a good record in academics and extra-curricular achievements.

Documents needed for Goa Scholarship online form:

• Attested copy of Caste Certificate.
• Guardian’s Income Certificate.
• Self-attested copy of Mark sheet of the last exam passed.

NIT Goa 2024 Admissions Process:

The Institute admits students to the B.Tech degree program on the basis of ranks scored in the Joint Entrance Examination JEE(Main) and with this plan of Direct Admission to Students Abroad (DASA) with an intake of 30 students in each branch.

For the M.Tech Programme, the Institute acknowledges students through a valid GATE score followed by CCMT (Centralized Counselling for M.Tech Admissions).

The admission for the different courses is based upon the following entrance exams.

Placements

A total of 95% of placements have been recorded this season. CSE branch attained 100% placements by top companies such as Infosys, Wipro, Reliance, Suzuki Motors, etc. The highest package offered this year will be 12 LPA and the average was 6.42 LPA.
