The Jharkhand Academic Council was established on 15 November 2000 and has its headquarters at Ranchi.

The Jharkhand Academic Council operates under the laws of the Jharkhand State Government and is responsible for the development of education in the Jharkhand State. The JAC Council conducts annual examinations and announces the results of grades 10 and 12 every year.

Jharkhand Board is responsible for carrying out all activities related to examinations and improving the standard of education in the state of Jharkhand. Candidates will download the exam schedule from the official website of the competent authority and begin studying to achieve high scores in each subject. The exam will last 3 hours and will take place in the afternoon, from 2:00 pm to 5:15 pm as before.

JAC Intermediate Exam Schedule

The date sheet will be released in the second week of February 2023. The board will conduct the exams from the second week of March to the first week of April 2023. Candidates will be provided with the exam date sheet in online mode on the JAC Board website.

The test will be conducted in offline mode. The board exam admit card will be issued by the exam management authority soon.
