IISER Tirupati Admission 2023 Application Form will be Releasing soon for Various Courses. IISER Tirupati provides admission in the disciplines of Biology, Chemistry, Earth and Climate Sciences, and associated interdisciplinary areas of research. Aside from research, the program involves training courses and a teaching assistantship.

Please note that the precise qualifying criteria for January 2023 admissions may vary from division to department and are listed below. Information about individual faculty profiles and areas of research may be obtained from the IISER Tirupati website.

IISER Tirupati 2023 Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualified at least ONE of aforementioned additional eligibility criteria
• Valid in a CSIR/UGC-JRF or CSIR/ UGC NET-LS or INSPIRE-Ph.D. fellowship
• IISER BS-MS (All IISERs) Dual degree students who hold down the CGPA >= 8.0.
• The fellowships/scores/ranks should be valid for at least till Jan 2023. Please note that the criteria for admission can change during the next round of admission.
• SC/ST, PD and KM (Kashmiri migrant) candidates percentage can be relaxed with 5% or 0.5 in question in the case of CGPA.
• Candidates during the final year of their qualifying degree are also entitled to apply. However, their final selection is subject to their successful conclusion of the qualifying degree with the above-mentioned requirements at the time of admission. A provisional degree certificate shall be compulsory at the time of admission (Scheduled to be 1st Jan 2023).

IISER Tirupati 2023 Cutoff:

The IISER 2023 Cutoff will be based on various parameters like numbers of appearing candidates, total numbers of seats, the difficulty level of the examination, and final year admission record. Verify the IISER Aptitude Test Cutoff

IISER Tirupati 2023 Admissions Process:

One can get admission through three fields that are to say KVPY, JEE Advanced & State & Central Board. One must separately apply for IISER admissions. The IISER admissions 2023 will be carried out in three channels: JEE, KVPY, and SCB.

Candidates applying for JEE or KVPY channel will be invited for direct admissions at the same time as candidates opting for the SCB channel will have to appear for IISER Aptitude Test. For admission to Ph.D. Program, the students have to clear National level examination like GATE, NET, etc.

Selection Procedure:

The selected candidates will be referred for the interview and final selection will be based on the interview performance. TA/DA will be provided to the SC/ST/PD students appearing for the interview as per institute norms.

Applying does not automatically guarantee that a candidate will be shortlisted for an interview. The respective departments are allowed to use supplementary criteria (based on academic performance and/or performance in the national level tests) to shortlist candidates for interviews.

Fellowship:

Upon selection and subsequently the accession to the Ph.D program, candidates that do not possess any CSIR, DBT & INSPIRE, will be eligible for institute fellowship at par with CSIR, DBT, etc., only without the HRA component.
