• Chitkara University 2023 Application Form will be released for eligible Applicants only.
• Eligible Applicants will be able to fill the application form from the month of March 2023.
• The Application From can be submitted through both online as well as offline mode.
• Applicants must submit the application form very carefully as authority may not provide any correction facility for the application form.
• The details filled by Applicants in the application form must be authentic and details in the marksheet will be considered as authentic.
• Details like Email Id and Phone No. must be either personal or of parents as all the communication will be done through them.
• Any incorrect or invalid details can lead towards the rejection of application form and disqualification of candidature.
• Applicants must submit the application form before the prescribed date for submission, as no application form will be accepted after the prescribed date.
• Applicants are suggested to keep the copy of filled application form and fee receipt for future references.

Chitkara University Eligibility Criteria 2023:

Below we have provided the complete eligibility criteria for the Chitkara University 2023 Admission:

For B.Tech:

• Qualification: Applicants must have passed 10+2 Intermediate or equivalent examination from any recognized board.
• Marks: Applying Applicants must score at least 60% marks in the qualifying exam to be eligible.
• Subject: Applicants must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) as their mandatory subject in the qualifying examination.
• Score: Applicants must have valid score in JEE Main Examination.
• Appearing: Applicants appearing in the final examination in 2023 can also apply for the admission.

For MBA:

• Qualification: Applying Applicants must have Bachelor’s degree in any discipline to be eligible for admission.
• Marks: Applicants must score at least 50% marks in the qualifying exam to be eligible.
• Appearing: Applicants appearing in the final examination in 2023 can also apply for the admission.

For B.Arch.

• Qualification: Applying Applicants must have bachelor’s degree in any discipline to be eligible for admission.
• Marks: Applicants must score at least 50% marks in the qualifying exam to be eligible.
• Subjects: Applicants must have Mathematics and English as mandatory subjects in the qualifying examination to be eligible for admission.
• Score: Applicants must have valid score in the NATA 2023.

Chitkara University 2023 Admission Procedure

The Admission procedure for Chitkara University will be regulated on the basis of state level merit list prepared by the official authority. On the basis of merit list Applicants will be invited for the counselling procedure held by the university.

Chitkara University admission procedure will be also organized on the basis of various other national level entrance examination like JEE Main, NATA, etc. Applicants must have valid scores in the required examination to be eligible for relevant course.

Chitkara University Result/ Merit list 2023:

The Merit list/ Result will be released by the university after few days from the completion of registration process. Authority will release the merit list for registered Applicants only. Registered Applicants will be able to access the complete merit list from the month of July 2023.

Chitkara University Merit list will be prepared on the basis of Applicants score in the required examination. Authority will release the separate merit list for every course. Applicants will be able to check the merit list from the website of authority through online mode.

Chitkara University Counselling 2023:

The counselling procedure will be held by the university after few days from the declaration of merit list. Official authority will held the counselling procedure for the selected applicants only. Applicants will be shortlisted for the counselling procedure through the merit list.

Chitkara university counselling session will begin from the month of August 2023. Applicants can check the complete counselling procedure from the official website.

Chitkara University 2023 Admission

The final admission in various offered at the Chitkara University will be given on the basis Applicants rank in the merit list. Applicants will also have to complete the other counselling rounds including GD and PI to be eligible for admission.

After the allotment of seats, Applicants will have to complete the remaining formalities for confirming their admission. Remaining Formalities includes paying the first semester academic fee.
