CEETA PG 2023 Supplementary Counselling has been started from 28th July 2023. CEETA PG is known as the Common Engineering Entrance Test and Admission will be held by Anna University, Chennai on behalf of Government of Tamil Nadu. It is a state level entrance exam organized once in a year. Anna University will conduct TANCET for M.Tech, M.E., M.Arch., M. Plan but from he year 2023 CEETA PG exam will be held for these courses.

Candidates who will qualify the exam, will provided admission at University Departments, Constituent Colleges of Anna University, Annamalai University and Government Engineering Colleges only. CEETA PG 2023 Application Form

Below we have provided the details regarding the CEETA PG 2023 Application Form:

• CEETA PG 2023 application form will be released through online mode only.
• Candidate must visit the complete the eligibility norms before applying.
• The application form for CEETA PG 2023 will release on 1st February 2023.
• Fill the application form with details such as personal details, educational qualification, phone number, etc.
• Upload the scanned images of candidate’s photograph, signature in jpg format.
• Details in application form must be correct as, correction facility may or may not be provided to candidates.
• The last date to submit the application form will be 4th week of February 2023.
• Take the copy of the filled application form and keep it safe for further usage.

Application Fee:

• The application fee for CEETA PG 2023 will be submitted through online mode.
• Candidates will be able to pay the fee using Credit card, Debit card, and Net Banking.
• Application fee will be non-refundable in any case.

Steps to Apply for CEETA PG 2023

• Step-1: Go through the official website or go for the direct link provided above in this article.
• Step-2: Candidates first have to register by entering basic details such as name, date of birth, gender, email id, etc.
• Step-3: Then login by using Email ID and Password generated by system.
• Step-4: Fill the application form with details i.e., personal details, education qualification, choice of subject, centre, etc.
• Step-5: Upload the scanned passport size photograph below 50 KB in jpg format. The size of signature must be less than 11 KB.
• Step-6: Take the copy of the application form for further usage.

CEETA PG 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Below we have provided the eligibility criteria for CEETA PG 2023:

• Qualification: Candidates must have bachelor’s degree or equivalent from any recognised university/ institute.
• Marks: In qualifying exam candidates must score at least 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ ST/ BC/ BCM/ SCA) belonging to Tamil Nadu.
• Appearing: Those candidates appearing in final year will also be eligible to apply for exam.

CEETA PG 2023 Exam Pattern

Below we have provided the exam pattern for CEETA PG 2023 for the candidates to check:

• Mode of exam: The exam will be held through offline mode.
• Duration: The duration of exam will be 2 hours to solve the paper.
• Number of Questions: There will be total 115 questions in the paper.
• Medium: The exam will be in English and Tamil language.
• Type of Questions: The paper will contain multiple choice questions in the paper.
• Marking Scheme: 1 mark will be provided for each correct response and 1/3 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.

CEETA PG 2023 Syllabus has been released by Anna University. To prepare better in exam candidates must go through the detailed syllabus given in the pdf below. It is divided into four sections. Below we have provided some of the topics that will help candidates to prepare better in exam.

CEETA PG 2023 Preparation Tips

Below we have provided some preparation tips for the CEETA PG 2023 examination to score well in the exam:

• Appropriate timetable must be prepared for studying for the exams, and they must follow it.
• Information must be gathered for the authoritatively given syllabus and exam pattern.
• Last year’s Question Paper must be solved for an enhanced understanding of the question pattern.
• Mental and physical well-being can be fair by doing yoga.

CEETA PG 2023 Admit Card

CEETA PG 2023 Admit Card will be released through online mode. To download the admit card, candidate must enter the registration number and password. The admit card will be released by 1st week of March 2023.

The admit card consist of details regarding date, time and venue of the examination. Admit card is crucial document candidate must carry to the examination hall with ID proof. No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall without the valid admit card.

CEETA PG 2023 Answer Key

The CEETA PG 2023 Answer Key will be released in the form of PDF format. The answer key will release through online mode. The answer key will provide answers to all the questions present in the entrance exam. The answer key will release in the 4th week of March 2023.

The answer key help the candidates to calculate the estimated marks secured by them within the entrance test. With the help of the answer key candidates will be able to predict their scores before the declaration of the result.

CEETA PG 2023 Result

CEETA PG 2023 results will declare in first week of April 2023. Candidates will be able to check their result using the details such as roll number, date of birth, etc. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks scored in the test.

Along with the result, merit list of the candidates selected for admission will be made released. The result will not be send individually to the candidates by mail or any other offline mode. It will only be released through online mode on the official website.

CEETA PG 2023 Counselling

Candidates will be able to register themselves for the counselling session in 2nd week of April 2023. It will be compulsory for all the selected candidates to participate in the counselling session. It will be held through online mode.

Candidates will have to pay counselling fee of Rs. 250/- plus 18% GST for general candidates & Rs. 500/– plus 18% GST for reserved category candidates.

The seats will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of rank obtained by the candidates, seat availability and preferences. Candidates will receive a call letter for CEETA PG at their registered email address. The candidates are suggested to bring their documents at the time of verification round.
