Tamil Nadu 12th Board Date Sheet 2025 has been released on 14th October 2024. The Directorate of Government Examinations was established as a separate directorate in February 1975 before the establishment of the Directorate of Government Examinations.
The first high school graduation exam was held in 1911. This Directorate starts conducting major examinations from the year recorded for each examination in addition to the various examinations.

Tamil Nadu 2025 HSE (12th) 1st Year Exam Time Table has been Released. Check Below –
Examination is scheduled to conduct from 3rd – 25th March 2025. Date sheet is now officially available on the board’s respective website. Last year’s exam was from 1st to 22nd March 2024.
To check all the information regarding 12th exams, students must visit our website regularly. The date sheet plays an important role in exam preparation.
Important Points to Remember:
- The duration of the Exam will be of 3 Hours.
- It is advised that students must report to the examination center at least 30 mins before.
- Students will get an extra 15 mins just to read the question papers only.
- It is compulsory to carry their admit card. Otherwise, they will not allow sitting in the exam.
- Students should not opt for any unfair means of writing the exam.
- If caught by the examiner student may not opt for the Odisha SSLC/10th examination for the next 3 years.
Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary/12th 2025 Result
- Students can check the result from the official website.
- The result will be declared 2 months after the examination.
- Students need to have to admit cards to check the result.
- Students can download & take a printout of the result.
How to Prepare for the Exam:
- Students must know their syllabus clearly and in a systematic manner.
- Students can solve previous question papers.
- Students should plan their studies according to their subjects.
- Students should keep themselves fit, they should eat healthy food & they can also do yoga to keep the mind fresh.
