Registration for NMMS 2024 has begun in various states. The NMMS is often referred to as the National Media Merit Scholarship. The National Means Cum Merit Scholarship is an exam also known as the NMMS 2024 exam. The central government is the official organizing body that organizes the National Means Cum Merit Scholarship exam for qualified candidates every year.
However, the exam is administered by the local education authority to award 100,000 scholarships to qualified applicants from Class IX to Class XII. However, only applicants are eligible for scholarships from the agency whose parental income does not exceed Rs 1,50,000 per year from all sources. The National Means Cum Merit Scholarship is held in each state and union territory. However, the National Means Cum Merit Scholarship will only be taken in two phases.
The first stage of the review will be carried out by the competent national authorities. Candidates who have passed the first stage will be eligible to apply for the second stage conducted by NCERT. NMMS 2024 Application Form

- Registration for NMMS 2024 has begun in various states.
- In online mode, candidates have to fill in the application form to be able to take the exam.
- Candidates must register themselves to get the application form.
- After that, applicants should start filling out the application form.
- At the time of submitting the application, the candidate must enter all the necessary details in the application form as per their requirement.

- Applicants should then print the completed application form.

NMMS 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
- Applicants who are studying in Class IX in any government, local agency or government-subsidized school are eligible.
The income of parents:
- Parents of candidates whose income does not exceed Rs 1,50,000 per year from all sources are only eligible to apply for the exam.
Qualifying marks:
- Must achieve over 55% of grade VIII if in general category, must achieve at least 50% of grade VIII if in reserve category.
NMMS 2024 Paper Pattern

- Candidates will have 90 minutes to solve the problem. The exam will have 90 questions and only 90 points.

NMMS 2024 Admit Card

NMMS 2024 Result
After completing the entrance exam, the competent authority will publish the results on the school’s official website for candidates’ reference.
Candidates should visit the website by serial number and date of birth and download the results from the website. Along with the results, candidates should check the benchmarks available on the official website. Based on the scores obtained by candidates in the entrance exam, they will be eligible for admission to the school.
NMMS 2024 Selection Procedure
The official body will only grant scholarships to applicants who score above the threshold determined by the official body. Applicants must pass the first and second level exams to receive the scholarship.
Candidates in the General category must score individually above 40% on the Mat and SAT tests. However, candidates in the preparatory category must score above 32% on two separate tests.

One must meet the eligibility criteria set by the competent authority to receive the scholarship. The competent authority will not award scholarships to applicants who do not meet the eligibility criteria.
