SKRAU is known as the Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University is an agriculture university located in the Bikaner at the Indian state of Rajasthan. University, formerly a part of the Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur and became an independent entity on 1 August 1987. The University is composed of 6 colleges and teaching is divided between the 2 campuses, one 45 km from Jaipur in Jobner and the other in Bikaner.
University offers different undergraduate and postgraduate courses such as a B.Sc, M.Sc, and Ph.D. in various disciplines. Candidates can get admission to the university through different modes. SKRAU 2024 Result
SKRAU 2024 Result will be released through online mode on the official website of the university. Candidates who fail on any examination and are not happy with their marks can apply for the re-evaluation process.
Following the completion of the regular examination, the university will released the notification regarding revaluation result. The result of re-evaluation exams is at the same time uploaded on the university website.
SKRAU 2024 Admissions Process
Admission to the UG as well as PG programs will be done through Joint Entrance Test (JET) and Pre-PG Test, respectively. Candidates from other countries will get admission through the All India Entrance Examination (AIEEA) conducted by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi. Candidates for the Ph.D. program are to be accepted on the basis of academic record, Entrance Test and interview.
In order to get admission to the B.Sc courses, candidates must go through 10+2 with science/Home Science/Agriculture/Home science academic/Arts/Commerce/Maths. Admission to the UG program is being made through the Joint Entrance Test (JET). Candidates from other states are admitted across the All India Entrance Examination (AIEEA) conducted by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi.
Admission to the MBA program will be done on the basis of the CAT conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs). Candidates shortlisted on the basis of CAT score are considered for the admission as per the eligibility criteria established by the institute. In order to get admission to the Doctoral courses, the candidate has to appear for Ph.D. Admission Test. The admission process will be accompanied by Group Discussion and Personal Interview. A merit list is established on the basis of the interview, previous academic performance & experience.
- Seats for OBC, SC, ST, PH, women candidates, and Kashmiri migrants are reserved as per the reservation the insurance policies of the Government of Rajasthan, implemented by the University
- Candidates claiming reservation must provide an appropriate certificate at the time of Group Discussion/Personal Interview, failing which they are treated in the main category.
- Possible subsequent the request for a reservation shall not be entertained
- A maximum of 10 seats (40% of your intake capacity), distributed among different categories, are meant for the candidates from other states, provided they find a spot in the merit list.
- In case a seat continues to be vacant for any other reason, the same may be occupied by a candidate belonging to Rajasthan State or vice-versa
