Applicants should be a citizen of India.
The upper age limit for WB TTE 2025 is thirty-five years whereas the minimum age is eighteen years.

Applicants should have completed or within the final year of D.Ed (Specialization) in an institute recognized by RCI.
Applicants should have completed or within the final year of BTC/passed in an institute connected to NCTE.
Applicants who have completed their graduation.
WBTET 2025 Eligibility Criteria For Upper Primary Teacher (Class 6th to 8th):
Applicants should have obtained minimum 50% marks within the Intermediate test.
The Applicants should have completed B.EL.ED or studying within the final year.
A Applicants who is within the final year of B.Ed in an institute connected to NCTE.
A Applicants who is within the final year of L.T. in an institute connected to NCTE.
A Applicants who is within the final year of B.Ed in an institute connected to RCI.
WB TET 2025 Exam Pattern:
