The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) will conduct NTSE (National Talent Search Examination) for SSC candidates. And NCERT (National Council of Educational Research and Training) will conduct the second phase of NTSE 2023.

In Daman and Diu state, the entrance exam is conducted every year called Daman and Diu NTSE 2023. Daman and Diu NTSE 2023 is conducted in National/State Entrance Examination in two phases.

NTSE Daman and Diu 2023 Application Fee

Important information regarding the application fee is mentioned below for applicants’ reference:

• The applicant has to pay the application fee in online mode through debit card, credit card or net banking.
• Candidates belonging to general category or OBC category have to pay Rs 75/- registration fee for the entrance exam.
• And candidates belonging to the reserve category have to pay Rs 55/- registration fee for the entrance exam.
• The application fee will be refunded after payment.

NTSE Daman and Diu 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• One must have completed class 9 of a known primary school to apply for the admission procedure.

Qualifying marks:

• To apply, one must score more than 60% marks in the qualifying test if it is of general category.
• And in the reserved category, candidates must score over 55% in the admission test.

NTSE Daman and Diu 2023 Paper Pattern

• During the entrance exam, candidates will have two hours to solve the entire test.
• The exam consists of two parts: MAT (Mental Aptitude Test) and SAT (Academic Aptitude Test) in the entrance exam.
• Candidates have to appear with objective MCQ type questions in the entrance exam.
• During the entrance exam, the authorities will ask 100 questions with a total score of 100.
• This means that each question in the entrance exam will be scored.
• And in the entrance exam, no negative marks are expected.

NTSE Daman and Diu 2023 Admit Card

NTSE Daman and Diu Admit Card 2023 will be released in the 3rd week of October 2023. In online mode, only the competent authority will issue admission cards to candidates.

Candidates who want to take the entrance exam must bring their admission card because this is a mandatory document.

And for candidates’ reference, the admission card will be available on the official website of the university itself. The official authorities will not provide the admit card to the applicants through any mode other than online mode.

However, candidates must use their application number, password and download the admit card from the website. Candidates must keep a copy of the admit card after downloading it.

The admit card must be carried along with the admit card when entering the exam room because without the admit card, candidates will not be allowed to take the entrance exam.

NTSE Daman and Diu 2023 Result

Candidates who have performed well in the entrance exam will be eligible for admission to the school. However, after the entrance exam is passed, the official governing body of the university will announce the results of the candidates.

Entrance exam results will be announced on the school’s official website for candidates to refer to. Along with the results, the authorities will announce exam answers and entrance exam passing scores.

Candidates who score above the required level in the entrance exam will be eligible to be admitted to the school.

Candidates must visit the official website of the university using their roll number and date of birth. Candidates should download the entrance exam results from the website and keep some copies.
