MTSE 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the Maharashtra Talent Search Examination (MTSE) 2024 must check and meet the criteria below.

Nationality:

  • Citizens of India are only eligible.

Age:

  • The student who wants to apply for the MTSE should be lower than 17 years of age.

Qualification:

  • The students who want to apply must be studying in classes VII, IX, and X.

Recognition:

  • The students should do their Education at a recognized Government school.

MTSE 2024 Exam Pattern

  • Exam Mode: In offline mode, the exam will take place (written test).
  • Exam Time: Candidates will have 3 hours to complete the test.
  • Exam language: The exam will be administered in English/Marathi/Hindi/Urdu.
  • Number of Tests: During the exam, all classes will take two written tests.
  • Number of questions: The exam has a total of 200 questions.

Note

  • In the NTS exam, two separate exams for each section of Class X will be given to the candidate with a total of 100 questions and a duration of only 90 minutes, equivalent to an hour and a half.
  • Class X applicants will be required to attend an interview consisting of 50 points.

MTSE 2024 Syllabus

There is no prescribed syllabus to prepare for the MTSE exam. However, subscribers can go through the details we mentioned below to get an overview of the program.

For MAT (Mental Ability Test) – Paper 1

  • Students of Class VIII can prepare from the syllabus of Class VII.
  • Students of Class IX can prepare from the syllabus of Class VIII.
  • Students of Class X can prepare from the syllabus of Class IX.

For SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) – Paper 1

  • The students should prepare from their own respective class syllabus for the preparation of the exam. Regular textbooks given by the school are useful.

MTSE 2024 Results 

In this section, MTSE registered candidates will be able to collect information about reporting MTSE results. MTSE results will be published by the competent authority. After completing the MTSE, the official bodies will prepare the Maharashtra Talent Search Examination (MTSE) commendation list.

Results and award lists will be prepared for all students in grades STD VIII, STD IX, and STD X. Will be prepared at two levels: state reward list and district re
