IESO 2023 Application Process
Students wishing to sit for the IESO 2023 exam must complete and submit an application form. Therefore, in this section applicants will review the details of the application process.
- The agency will release the form in online mode.
- Students will receive the application form from the official website.
- The application form must be downloaded from the official website.
- A link to download the application form will appear on the website.
- The downloaded application form must be completed by the applicant with all required information.
- The application form requires personal information, educational background, place of residence, contact information, educational background, etc.
- If required, students should also attach a passport photo.
- After successfully completing the form, the student should review the application form again and submit it by the deadline.
- Applicants must also pay the application fee after completing the application form.

IESO 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Nationality:
- Only students with Indian nationality are eligible to participate.
Age:
- Student she must be 18 years of age or older.
Qualification:
- Students studying subjects IX, X and XI are eligible to apply.
Recognition:
- Training must be completed by an accredited State Board, ICSE Board, CBSE Board or International Board.
IESO 2023 Entrance Exam
The details about the IESO 2023 entrance exam are as stated below in this section for the reference of the applicants.
Entrance Exam:
- Exam Duration: Exam duration is 90 minutes (1.5 hours).
- Exam Language: The exam is given in English.
- Question Types: The exam contains MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) which are objective questions.
- Syllabus: The exam includes syllabus questions such as geosphere, atmosphere, hydrosphere and planetary science.
- Number of Centers: The exam will be held at a total of 75 centers.
Training Camp
- The authorities will select 25 students to participate in the training camp in order of excellence. The training camp lasts for 25 days.
- Training camps include lectures, discussions, planetarium visits, laboratory and field research.
- At the end of the camp, the top four students will represent India in his IESO, chaired by an officer of the
- Indian National Earth Science Olympiad.
IESO 2023 Results
IESO 2023 exam results will only be published by the official authorities of the administering bodies. The authorities will update the details and announce the result on the official website as soon as the entrance examination is completed.
However, please note that the notification of acceptance will be sent after the entrance examination is completed. The agency has decided to announce the results of the IESO 2023 trial on its official website. Therefore, applicants receive their results online.
