CUSAT CAT 2023 Second Allotment has been released for B.Tech & others through login. Option Registration has been extended till 20th June 2023 for B.Tech. Result/ Rank list has been released for various UG/ PG courses. Answer Key has been released on 10th May 2023. Cochin University of Science & Technology (CUSAT) conduct a university level entrance exam called Common Admission Test (CAT) for applicants willing to get admission at various UG and PG programs of CUSAT.

CUSAT 2023 Application Form

Below we have provided the complete details of CUSAT 2023 application form below:

• The Application Form will be released via online mode only.
• CUSAT 2023 Registration process will begin from 1st week of February 2023.
• Applicants are suggested to fulfill their eligibility before filling the application form as only eligible Applicants will be allowed to submit the application from.
• Applicants must fill the application form as per the given instruction on it.
• The details filled by Applicants in the application form must be same as it appears in their 10^th marksheet any alteration in the details can cause rejection of application form.
• Applicants must fill the application form before the last date of submission as no Applicants will be allowed to submit application form after that date.
• Applicants must keep the copy of filled application form and fee receipt for future references.

Application Fee:

Application form fee can be submitted through online mode only. Applicants will be able to submit the application fee through Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking Payment gateways.

How to Apply for CUSAT 2023:

Candidates can follow the given below steps to apply for the CUSAT Application Form 2023:

• Go through the official website of CUSAT 2023 or go for the direct link provided above in this article.
• Click on “New Candidate Registration” button and submit the details.
• Fill in all the details in the CUSAT 2023 application form like personal, educational, etc.
• Upload the scanned documents like photograph and signature.
• Then candidate have to select the program in which they want to apply like Undergraduate or Postgraduate.
• Then pay the application fee and click on the submit button.
• After payment the list of available centers will be available candidates have to select one.
• Download and take the copy of the application form for further usage.

CUSAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Below we have provided the complete eligibility criteria for the CUSAT 2023 Examination:

For B.Tech. Courses:

• Qualification: Applicants must have passed 10+2 Intermediate or its equivalent examination from any recognized board.
• Subjects: Applicants must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects in the qualifying examination.
• Marks: Applying Applicants must have scored at least 50% marks in the qualifying examination to be eligible for admission.
• Appearing: Applicants appearing in the final examination in 2023 can also apply for this examination.

For Five Year BBA LLB (H):

• Qualification: Applicants must have passed 10+2 Intermediate or its equivalent examination from any recognized board.
• Marks: Applicants must have scored at least 60%, 55% as arts student and 50% Marks as SC/ ST/ SEBC category.
• Stream: Applicants with Science, Arts or Commerce stream can apply for this examination.

For MBA:

• Qualification: Applicants must be a bachelor’s degree holder in any stream from any recognized board.
• Marks: Applicants must have scored 50% marks in the qualifying examination to be eligible for admission (5% relaxation for reserved category).
• Scores: Applicants must have valid scores of KMAT, AICTE or CAT.

For M.Tech.:

• Qualification: Applying Applicants must have Bachelor’s degree in required field to be eligible for M.Tech. Course.
• Marks: Applicants must have at least 60% marks in the qualifying examination to be eligible for admission.
• Examination: Applicants can also apply with GATE score / National Eligibility Test (NET / UGC / CSIR) examination for admission in M.Tech. Programme.

CUSAT 2023 Exam Pattern:

Below we have provided the complete examination pattern for the CUSAT Examination:

• Exam Mode: CUSAT 2023 Exam will be held through online (CBT) mode.
• Type of Question: There will be only Multiple choice questions (MCQs) in the examination.
• Total Questions: Question paper will consist of total 250 questions in the examination.
• Duration: Total 3 hours will be provided to the Applicants for solving the question paper.
• Marking Scheme: For each correct response, 3 marks will be awarded and 1 marks will be deducted on each wrong answer.

CUSAT 2023 Syllabus:

The Syllabus for every course will be different as per the requirement of subjects for the particulate courses. The Technical courses will contain syllabus from the topics of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology and English. For Non-technical courses, the syllabus will be from the English, Reasoning, Aptitude Test etc.

CUSAT 2023 Exam Preparation Tips:

Below we have provided some preparation tips for the CUSAT 2023 Examination:

• Visit the complete syllabus and exam pattern then study accordingly.
• Make a proper time schedule for study and follow it strictly.
• Participate in the mock test.
• Solve the previous year papers and sample papers.
• Regularly make short notes and revise them accordingly.
• Prepare from the related exam specialist books.

CUSAT 2023 Admit Card:

The admit card will be released by the official authority for every registered Applicants individually through online mode. Official authority will release the admit card few weeks before the date of examination. Applicants will be able to download their admit card from the 4th week of May 2023.

The admit card is an important document to be carried out on the day of examination, as no Applicants will be allowed to participate in the examination without admit card. Applicants must keep their admit card safe till the completion of admission process.

CUSAT 2023 Answer Key:

Answer key (provisional) will be released by the official authority after few days from the completion of examination. The CUSAT Answer key 2023 will consist of correct answers of all asked questions in the entrance examination. Applicants will be able to check the answer key from the 3^rd week of June 2023 through online mode.

Along with the provisional answer key, official authority will release the objection facility for provisional answer key. Applicants will be able to raise their objection on the answer key during this facility. The final answer key will be released after the completion of objection facility.

CUSAT 2023 Result:

The Result of CUSAT 2023 will be prepared by the official authority on the basis of final answer key. Official authority will release the result for every exam participated applicants individually through online mode. Applicants will be able to download their result from the fourth week of June 2023.

CUSAT 2023 result will not be sent to any Applicants individually by post or any other offline mode. Applicants will have to download it itself by login into the website of authority.

CUSAT 2023 Cut off:

The Cut off marks will be prepared by official authority for selecting the applicants for admission procedure. Official authority will release the category wise cut off list for every exam participated applicants through online mode. Applicants will have to score more than the prescribed cut off marks to be eligible for admission procedure.

CUSAT 2023 Counselling:

The counselling procedure will be held by the university for every successfully qualified applicants of the examination. Applicants will be selected for the counselling procedure on the basis of merit list.

The counselling procedure for every offered program could be different as per the requirement of courses. Counselling procedure for some courses will be followed by the GD and PI round. Applicants can check the complete counselling procedure of every individual programme through online mode only.
