• Applicants must enter all the details such as name, address, mobile number, email id, etc. to fill the application form.
• Upload scanned documents like photograph and signature in specified format.

Steps to Apply for Thapar University Admission:

• Step-2: Click on “Apply Now” button to register.
• Step-3: Fill all required details such as name, education qualification, caste, and Address, contact number, etc.

Thapar University Eligibility Criteria:

Below we have provided the eligibility criteria for Thapar University 2023 admission:

For B. Tech courses:

• Qualification: Applicants should pass 12^th class from any recognized board.
• Marks: Applying applicants should score minimum 60% (55% for SC/ ST category).
• Subjects: He/ she must qualify with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry (PCM) as compulsory subject along with any one of the subjects from Biotechnology/ Computer science/ Biology.
• Appearing: Applicants who will be appearing in their 12^th class will be also eligible to apply.

For MCA course:

• Qualifying exam: Applicants should have qualified bachelor’s degree from any recognized university.
• Marks: Applying candidates must have scored 60% minimum marks (55% for SC/ ST candidates).
• Subjects: Applicants should have passed with Mathematics as a compulsory subject in 12^th or at graduation level.

Thapar University 2023 Admission Procedure:

The admission in Thapar University Admission 2023 will be provided on basis of marks secured by applicants in the entrance exam. In other courses, it will be provided on the basis of the national-level entrance tests.

The selection of the applicants will be done after releasing of the merit list. Only the selected candidates in merit list will be considered eligible for counselling session and further admission procedure.

Thapar University Entrance Exam 2023:

The Thapar University 2023 entrance exam will be held through offline mode. It will be held for selecting the applicants for future counselling session. Applicants who will be successfully registered, only they will be allowed to participate in the entrance exam.

The examination will be held in 3rd week of August 2023. It will be held in English and Hindi language. The paper will contain Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) type questions. Applicants will be given 2 hours to solve the paper.

Thapar University 2023 Result:

The Thapar University 2023 Result will be released after the entrance exam and it will be declared after one month of the exam. The university will declare the result through online mode and Applicants should enter their details in order to check the result.

Applicants should keep the hard copy safe for the further usage. The result will decide that whether the applicants will get the admission into the University or not.

Thapar University counselling 2023 will be held in numerous rounds. The counselling session will be held through offline mode.
